Step 1: Get in touch with us directly over WhatsApp. All we need from you is a short description of each item you are looking to sell and some photos.

Step 2: Each product that you send will be reviewed asap, typically within 24 hours. We will then be in touch with a quotation via whatsapp.

Step 3: Once a price has been agreed, we will be in contact to arrange a collection from you. Our delivery courier will bring with them a suitably sized box for sellers to place the product inside.

Step 4: Following this, the product will be checked & the seller will receive payment for the item/s directly into their UAE registered bank account.

We will arrange this via our reliable delivery partner who will collect the item from you at your address, and deliver it to us. We will contact you in advance to confirm a collection date and time.

There is no need to worry about packaging the product you sell, our delivery courier will provide a suitably sized box to place the item inside.

Once your item has been collected by our delivery partner, it will be sent to our warehouse where the item will be checked to ensure the correct item has been handed over.

Upon confirmation of the above, we will release the funds directly to your registered UAE bank account. This typically is received within 1-2 working days.
